Chocolate Peanut Butter Bliss Balls

Chocolate peanut butter bliss balls are a healthy yet super creamy and decadent snack. They are vegan, gluten-free, have no added sugar. Plus they are perfect for meal prep - they have only 5 ingredients and take less than 15 minutes to make!

  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup medjool dates (about 3-4)
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder


  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Process until the mixture well-combined and sticks together when pressed with your thumb and forefinger.
  • With your hands, roll into bite-sized balls. 
  • Enjoy!


Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days, or in the freezer for 2-3 months.
