Apricot Bliss Balls

Apricot bliss balls are a quick, easy, and healthy 4-ingredient snack. Vegan, gluten-free, and no added sugar. They take just 10 minutes to make!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup almonds
  • ½ cup dried apricots (about 7-8)
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Process until the mixture is well-combined and sticks together when pressed with your thumb and forefinger.
  • With your hands, roll into bite-sized balls. 
  • Enjoy!

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days, or in the freezer for 2-3 months.
