Apricot Bliss Balls
Apricot bliss balls are a quick, easy, and healthy 4-ingredient snack. Vegan, gluten-free, and no added sugar. They take just 10 minutes to make!
Servings: 12 bliss balls
- ½ cup almonds
- ½ cup dried apricots (about 7-8)
- ¼ cup shredded coconut
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Process until the mixture is well-combined and sticks together when pressed with your thumb and forefinger.
With your hands, roll into bite-sized balls.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days, or in the freezer for 2-3 months.
